
I decided during the Christmas holiday to start going to bed at 11pm. My only reasons for doing this was, 1-I was off and 2-I could. Well, I was amazed to find that after eight full hours of sleep I was completely recharged and full of energy for the next day. I was jazzed! I finally found a natural way to increase my energy level. However, that only lasted for a few weeks. Now, I can’t seem to get to bed before 1am.
